I am so thankful to James for everything he did to help me not only get my case completely dismissed, but for always being willing to listen and offer comforting and confident words of encouragement during a time that was very unsettling. The cops admitted they lied and got it all wrong and still this guy told me to plead. I waS stuck in jail for months on a charge that I would be akwitted of. This dude waved all my rights and I would not recomend him to the worst enemy. Do not hire this dude. He is a psyco con artist and if you review him on the web you see that many customors are very upset with him. He needs to be out of the bizness.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this but I must give credit where it's due. James drove many miles to try and get me out of a situation I never should have been in, and he succeeded! I am truly grateful. Though I was a complete hot mess on the inside from all the worked up anxiety over my case, after hearing those wonderful words in court, "Case dismissed", I thought to myself that it was quicker and less painless than a DMV appointment! When I was referred to James Silverstein, I was in a state of panic. The lawyers I had initially spoken to were out of my price range. When I called his office, the secretary helped me get an appointment for the very next day. Meeting with James and taking him the court papers put my mind at ease. James is a great attorney and Lawyer. He listens to all of your needs. James helped my daughter with her case and we were very fortunate for him to work on it and get some charges reduced his common sense approach and values matched ours. he has a great staff and is very well known and the court system of Los Angeles and very well respected.

Mr. Silverstein helped me with a recent speeding ticket. He answered all my calls related to the ticket, took all necessary actions and appeared in court on my behalf. He successfully had the charges reduced as well as the fine. Three years before this, he helped me with a prior speeding ticket that was eventually dismissed. This saved me several thousands of dollars because my vehicle insurance would have gone up without the dismissal. Unrelated to this, a family member of mine reached out to Mr. Silverstein following a stop for a possible DUI. Mr. Silverstein answered all questions and advised on how to proceed through the arrest process and early court proceedings. Based on various factors, the prosecution declined to pursue any charges. Nevertheless, without Mr. Silverstein, this situation would have been a lot more stressful and upsetting. A five start review of his legal work, in each situation shared here, is highly deserved.
